I have noticed a number of posts on McKenna's information. We here in
Cincinnati hosted a conference with DR. McKenna and DR. Gartner last Friday.
I wasn't sure how many would end up attending and printed 250 sets of
handouts. McKenna has a large number and it was not inexpensive but now I
have alot of them left over if anyone one wants a set I will gladly ,mail
them out if you e-mail me privately. Sometime ago I posted about his
bibliography and a number of requests I could not respond to because the
amount of material he sent was so large it was impossible to copy and send
out. now I have these and if someone wants some let me know. All I ask is
you cover the cost of the copies and mailing. I have about 50 sets left.
Second item we just got our second baby friendly hospital here, St..
Elizabeth's in Northern Kentucky, and Franciscan is the other in Cincinnati,
Ohio. St.. E's is just across the bridge . We were able to be part of the
UNICEF presentation to St.. E's last Friday at our Tri-State Breastfeeding
Advocates Conference. DR. Gartner had been ask by UNICEF to present to to
St.. E's while he was here.
