Greetings all.  About September 10th, I asked for help on a complicated case of a baby boy with VATER syndrome, and a clipped tongue-tie.  Two days later, a virus had its way with my computer.  If you offered ideas and I did not respond, I did not see your message.  Apologies to anyone so neglected.
The little fellow is 7 weeks now.  He continues to gain.  (from 6- 10 to 11 pounds)  Mother is looking at donating to a milk bank.  He has had two CST treatments in the last week.  More to come.  Mother sees improvement in clamping and some improvement in what she calls, "sandpaper tongue," where his tongue rubs back and forth on her.  But he reverts to bad habits in hours or days.  She is nursing as much as she can stand and finger feeding with a tube otherwise.  He was finger-fed twice in the last 24 hours.
Parents asked his orthopedic specialist about his preference for turning to one side and were given exercises.  Dr. doesn't think it is torticollis as he can be turned in his sleep.  They will see an occupational therapist.
My hard drive has been completely wiped and reloaded.  So I should be in operational mode and not contagious.  I will go No Mail for a time to recover the mess and look into a new server.
