They looked at our Refrig and freezer where we stored br.milk. They read the
temp chart of the door to make sure the milk had been stored at the correct
temperatures. They observed all the bottles were properly labeled . They
asked if we let mothers put their own milk in the refrig and we don't and
they approved.. We also kept a list on the side of Refrig door of the
mothers who were pumping, We had the list covered with another piece of
paper so it was confidential and they approved.They asked me about the stats
of br feeding. %of mothers br feeding etc. Also they asked me if I charted
everyday in the mothers chart as I made rounds and I do.. All in all they
spent about 15 to 20 minutes talking with me about our program. They asked
about formula lot numbers also.
