Can anyone tell me if there are ways and means of carrying out breast
reduction surgery that minimises future breastfeeding problem? If this is
possible what might be some appropriate questions to surgeons to discern
whether they are aware of the issues surrounding breast reduction and
breastfeeding? The woman concerned is a G cup (currently breastfeeding a 3
month old 21 lber) and is looking to go to a D cup. She just doesn't think
her back will hold out is she doesn't do something soon (she is uncertain
of how long she will continue to breastfeed, has family pressure to wean
some accessible (stuff she can give to her Mum) information on benefits of
extended (>9 months) breastfeeding would also be appreciated.
