    Apologies to those of you from other countries about this post. However
the results will be applicable to the world, so please bear with me.
    I received a telephone call today from a study staff person. I didn't
know that there were two studies going on: Nurses' Study I and Nurses' Study
II.
    I was told that there was a half-page of questions about breastfeeding in
the 1997 questionnaire. They will send me some abstracts of published works
on the topic. In addition, a researcher from the project will call me in the
next week or so to discuss breastfeeding.
    Everyone is invited to email me privately and send me questions that they
wish were included in the study. I have my own ideas too, like association
between breastfeeding type (exclusive, partial or token) and duration and
association with a host of diseases.
