I didn't worry about picking up my baby, in fact I don't think he ever
experienced enough distress to cry.

I said yes probably far too often, and no only rarely.

I listened to my heart.
I sadly STILL have a troublesome teen :-( but don't think I would have
done it any differently. I have to believe that his problems stem from
something other than our parenting like inborn personality. It's very
sad to have tried your best and still have children with troubles.
