I have to agree with Susan on this point. Anyone who is feeling that guilty,
that often probably does need referral to a mental health professional.
Sometimes all it takes is a little counseling to change the way one views
her life & her world. We all feel guilty, some more than others. But, this
permanent feeling of guilt should be a red flag for referral so that an
expert can diagnose and treat depression.
