Does anyone have a form for peer review?  I'm thinking of an observation
guide that an LC would take with her when she observes another LC.  It
would tell her what to look for, what areas the LC does well, and what she
needs to improve.  Ideally, it would be based on standards (IBLCE's?
ILCA's?) and would be objective and easy to fill out.  A learning tool for
both the observer and the observee.

If you have one, can I trade you something for it?
