Thanks to your stories, I've added a few more categories to my wide
range of normal talk, in the "reason for hope" category:
LAM duration
age at which baby finally went to breast
time until milk "came in"
time to reach full supply
There was a lovely story on the web last year about a baby who first
went to breast one evening at something like 23 months, after 6 months
of watching his younger sibling nurse. Anyone remember it? I'd love
to have a copy, or at least have the ages/details fresh in my mind.
His first nursing lasted an hour or more, because he kept pulling off
to tell his mother "Mmmmmmm". I imagine *two* hearts healed that
night...
