My tried and true is normal saline soaks.  Have you used Jack Newman's
APNO?  or what?  Wrong sort of cream  can make it worse.  Some folks on
Lactnet have used a special dressing.
Your problem: oh how about a small dose of stress, losing pg, nursing
toddler, school starts that week??  Give yourself a break - do some
intensive resting and relaxing.  Can you get a day or two off now for the
