Martha, just a thought  about your client suffering from a yeast infection.
How is her general immune status?  Most friendly bacteria overgrow and cause
problems when the host''s immune system cannot keep them in check. Since we
know pregnant and post-partum women are somewhat immunocompromised for up to
a year after delivery, self care becomes very important. How is her diet and
sleep/relaxation status? I know it has been mentioned before on lactnet about
supplements to aid in the body's own attempt to ward off the yeast, I.E.
Echinechea, Lecithin, High doses of Vitamin C, etc....
