An informational page on Marfans can be found here

I knew a mom minimally affected with Marfans who breastfed long and
well. There are increased risks of various medical issues that would
need to addressed if they occur but since this is a syndrome, different
people will be affected in different ways and levels. I'd assume
breastfeeding would be normal except if the various possible medical
issues prove to problematic. That can be dealt with if and when it
occurs and proceed normally with breastfeeding. Moms (and I suppose
babies) may have cardiac and skeletal issues, baby may have palate or
jaw issues that might impact on breastfeeding. It is familial so both
may be affected.
