Dear all

I read about the nurse- in proposed to protest at unfair treatment of a
breastfeeding employee at a restaurant.

I sympathize entirely at an emotional level and in fact always hoped that I
would be asked to stop breast feeding in a restaurant or shop just so I could
unleash the full vigor of my feelings and sue the pants off them, demonstrate
etc. etc.

In this case I wonder if strategically it might be better for the 50 mothers and
babies to book in for lunch as a group, and when there start breast feeding.
Then it could be seen if the restaurant would defy the law further and ask them
to stop (and alert the media to be there). If they do not ask the gourp to stop
then it negates the argument about thier employee. Alternatively, they might
actually get the commercial point that they are alienating potential customers.
Either way it still leaves the option open for the employee to sue etc.

Regards
