Just had a mom call to tell me that her sister said that if you eat yogurt
and cherrios mixed together, it will increase your milk supply. It really
worked for the sister who could pump 4 oz from each breast at each pumping
and this mom is only pumping 2 oz each time at each breast !
And to think of all the time I have spent helping moms work through pumping,
using fenugreek, Reglan, Oxytocin nasal spray, etc etc and all I had to do is
suggest this concoction!
