So widespread it's almost not an item, I'm sure:

We're a small community hospital with a high breastfeeding rate.  We use M-J
products half the year, Ross the other half (our docs call this "no
restraint of trade").

The reps bring all us nurses "gifts" when their shift comes on.  I returned
from a trip to find the Ross rep had left me a nice little lunch cooler for
summer.... the same nice little lunch cooler that nursing moms get inside
their breastfeeding packs (WHAT!! What do you mean it's for breastmilk, it's
for mom's lunch! you can just bring your breast with you),

Yuck.  But many nurses were happy.  MJ only gave us keychains this year.
