I have an infant of a breastfeeding mom scheduled to have general
anesthesia to r/o retinalblastoma. Mom was told to have baby fast for 12
hours prior to surgery. She, (and I ), feel this is unreasonable. Does
anyone know of a published resource that mom can give to the
anesthesiologist? This is to occur in the next couple of days so a quick
response would be greatly appreciated.

Also, a friend of mine is taking the IBCLE exam in San Fransico, we live
in San Jose. She would greatly like to carpool with somenone. Please
