I would be happy to discuss the merits of BM for premies with your Neos.
BM is many times the ONLY thing some premies will tolerate. Pregestimil is a
formula meant for FULL TERM infants - it was never meant to be used in
premies!
Also, BM contains gastrin, enterogastrone and other GI hormones in addition
to epidermal growth factor, to improve GI motility, as well as
anti-inflammatory factors, immunoglobulins, etc.  How sad that baby has not
had the benefit of Mom's milk.
