Room temperature and inside a car in the weather we have been having in the
US are certainly two different things!  NO it is not OK to use milk that
had been sitting in the car.  Nothing important should be left in cars in
this heat!  The directions are correct as stated.  I also tell people that
that does not include summer heat and if they can refrig or put in a cooler
