Greetigs all,
I have been watching a lot of movies on video lately and I found
breastfeeding in "The Pillow Book," a film by Peter Greenaway from 1995.
In the final scenes of the film the narrator/protagonist Nagiko is seen
holding and breastfeeding her newborn baby, on the 1000th anniversary of a
famous "Pillow Book." The shots are faked, as the actress does not
actually feed the baby, but the intent is clear.
Sincerely,
Jeanne Badman, IBCLC, St. Paul, MN, USA
