Mary Kay,  I have had personal experience with lactation and fetal death (my
grandson).  Please email me privately with specifice questions you have.  Our
experience was somewhat lengthy as my daughter-in-law chose to pump and
donate to milk bank.  I would be happy to answer questions or share with
