We have GOT to send your 4 year old some children's books depicting breast
feeding as normal!!!!   Do you have any of La Leche League's children's
books?  I have a nice one about the new baby written by Mr. Rogers (American
TV icon for children), which shows both breast and bottle feeding.  I'm sure
others have suggestions for books showing animals nursing.

What a shame that the media has already enfolded your daughter!!!  Perhaps
you could show her other inconsistencies with advertisements and
reality....toys that look great on TV or print ad, but are
cheap/smaller/don't work in reality.  It was a lesson my kids needed to learn
over and over:  what you see on TV is not real.

Hang in there.  She'll appreciate what you are doing someday!
