I spoke with a woman yesterday who wants to take Imitrex for migraines. She
took it before and it worked well for her. She is breastfeeding a 7 month
old. The only info that I found was for sub-q dosing. She was taking 50mg
orally. Her doctor told her to stop nursing for 3 days after taking a dose.
This was not acceptable to her and she wanted more in put. She said she won't
take the med. if it means not nursing. Please help me provide her with more
info. TIA.
