I rec'd notice that e-Toys.com now has a Baby Store, so I checked it out
just now.  When I clicked on the "Feeding" button, only bottle feeding
and accessories appeared.  I had to do a generic search to find 2 brands
of breast pumps and some breast shells (which I think are described in a
misleading way for the general consumer).  With the incredible volume of
business they are doing, a few suggestions from lactation professionals
for improvements in this arena might have some impact.
