and why aren't the abm manufacturers rushing to azerbaijan to provide free
formula for these babies? could it be because they don't see a chance for a
market there for their products? i assume mothers are too poor to "choose" to
use formula, so the manufacturers wouldn't profit from providing some free to
the orphanages.
