I thought there was formula industry research that showed that the
manufacturers target women who begin breastfeeding because these moms
are generally more careful about what they feed their kids-- and are
less likely to start whole cow's milk early.  Therefore they feed
formula longer, as it turns out, than women who start with formula
from the beginning.

Does anyone happen to know where this info came from?  (My memory
being what it is.)
