I have read (in some Catholic books, newsletters)  that the Catholic
Church has a strongly worded statement supporting breastfeeding and
affirming every mom's right to breastfeed in any church service or
meeting or gathering.  Sorry I don't have the exact edict; it would be
interesting reading.

I do not know about any other Christian churches, however.
