I got the same nice personalized note;-) So did everyone else I know who sent
them mail.

I wasn't satisfied with their response. They concede only that they broke the
law. That's it. The tone of their letter implies that their empl;oyee was
simply trying to be really thoughtful in offering this poor nursing mother
(by the way, the letter states that she was "openly nursing". What does that
mean?) a place to sit in private. It also says that they offered her the
option of an office when in fact what they did was tell her to go in the
bathroom or leave.
