Hello everyone,
Today I accepted the job of starting a lactation service at our
local hospital. Very exciting opportunity. This hospital does about 1600
births a year and will be upgrading their NICU to a level 3 and hiring a
neonatalogist. The really great part is that they already have a 96%
breastfeeding initiation rate! Unfortunately it drops off pretty quickly.
Does anyone have any sage advice, I mean fenugreek advice? Any
pitfalls to avoid? I need to make this a self-supporting endeavor within 1
year. Please feel free to e-mail me off list.
