Lisa,
     I thought that yeast went all the way through the GI tract and came out
the bottom, which is why some babies' only sign of yeast is a diaper rash.
Could the frozen EBM with possible yeast be heated, then cooled?  That would
still be better than ABM.  Could some baby acidophilus be given during the
time of feeding that milk?  What about some simultaneous yeast treatment for
baby.
