Janna,
You can buy them at most auto parts stores. They cost around $20 here. They
are used to measure vacuums and pressures in an engine. Be sure and look at
the gauge before you buy it and see if the vacuum portion of the gauge is big
enough to be readable. The gauge can be very different depending on the
brand. Then you have to get a stopper that makes it fit into the flange of
the breastpump. You may be able to get that from one of the companies that
rents pumps for just a couple of dollars.
