I had a baby who had colic for 7 months due to reflux. I found one position
that worked quite well for feeding her. I would lay down in a Lazy-Boy type
chair; put the legs up; lay WAY back. Then take the baby and put her body on
one side, say the left, and attach her to the opposite nipple, say the
right. This way you are feeding the baby while they lie prone.
