If you want info on the war and infant feeding, you can visit the WHO site:

www.who.org

From here, choose 'what's new', and you will get options of info on Kosovo.  If
you go to the Health Information Network page, on the left are buttons, choose
Women's and Infant' health and you will get a strongly pro - bf statement about
infant feeding for refugees.  There is even a flashing warning sign against
formula donations.

If you click on the Infant feeding in emergancies text under the flashing sign
(and you have an Adobe reader) you can download a 48 page booklet "Infant
feeding in emergancies:  a guide for mothers" from WHO Regional Office for
Europe.
