Dear Laurie, but that is my point. Wt loss or no gain at 4-5 days,
certainly at 2 weeks, is a sign that milk transfer is not occuring for
whatever reason (baby problem, mom problem etc.). A big red flag. I just
think we should not be so accepting of wt loss or slow regain. I think at
day 4-5 it is a signal that something needs to be addressed. It is easier
to "fix it" sooner than later at 2 weeks when <gasp> there is no or poor wt
gain. I guess I am saying look at it sooner. It's not normal imho to see
