Hi all,
I know this discussion was a month ago, but.............I just had to say
that librarians make decisions all the time about what books to buy.
They can't possibly buy everything that is written, so they rely on
reviews, requests from patrons, etc. So why couldn't you talk to the
library person responsible for ordering books and tell him/her why "such
and such" book is not a good choice?
Warmly,
Pat Bucknell, IBCLC
Avon Lake OH (and a member of our library's Board of Trustees)
