Hi all,
        I just wanted to let everyone know how things were going with the
baby with Down syndrome that I have been working with.  I’ve been in
contact with her daily since I saw her on Tuesday.  She has been finger
feeding the baby, doing skin to skin, bathing together and pumping, she is
considerably more focused.  She called me tonight to let me know that the
baby latched on and nursed for the first time since at the birthing center.
 She was so excited and so was I.  Thanks for all the encouragement I
received from everyone.  I will be in close contact with her,  I feel we
are over one obstacle.
