Thanks to everyone for valuable information and entertainment.

I have been reading about mens breasts and it triggered the thought,
"Could men have the variations in nipples that women do?". This thought
had never occured to me. It's rare for a man to develope significant
mammary tissue so it has to be the same regarding nipples. It would be
understandable if they would choose to hide them or have elective surgery.

My son was good at distracting me while on the phone with a mother since
day one. The summer he was turning 13 years old he tryed distracting me
with the big mama electric breastpump. You know the 20# variety. I had a
sample kit set up in my office and he turned it on and placed the dble
pump on his flat little chest and had a hilarious good time teasing me.
Well, the next day he came to my office a little red faced because he had
swollen breasts and were painful. Not so funny and scared, he wanted to
see the doctor right away.
I called Dr Fliess and he said he would see us that day. We were greatly
relieved to learn this is commom but many people don't know it. Dr.
Fliess was sweet about it and said not to worry that it would just go
away. He also added that a lot of surgery on young boys is done
needlessly.
