A mum I know has recently had a baby who turns out to have a hip
dysplasia. The harness has not been successful and surgery for a body
cast is the next option presented to her. Does anyone have any
experience with this, will nursing positions need to be creative due to
the cast? Also, she is relocating to Rockland, New York, and would
really like some bf friendly contacts there, more for emotional support
and dealing with hospital procedures. She is pretty committed to
breastfeeding so actual bf info is less of a concern than the stress of
dealing with people who may not take bf as seriously as she does.
