Our Breastfeeding Coalition is doing a guest editorial for the newspaper as
a response to the whole bf in public/walmart debate, which is really raging
in our daily paper's reader comments section! The person writing it needs
to know up-to-date bf rates, i.e. at hosp. discharge and at 6 mos., as well
as how these measure up to the Healthy People 2000 goals. I am leaving town
this eve. for bf conf., but she needs stats ASAP. Could someone please
email me privately who knows this statistical kind of info? yes, I fooled
around with the archives, but having trouble getting actual numbers, and dh
is concerned that nothing is packed yet (whole family is going!) and the
house is a wreck...TIA
