Dr. Hale, if you are out there, could you help me?  A doctor will not
prescribe Reglan because he said it is not approved by AAP and could have CNS
effects on the baby.  I read your book "Medications and Mother's Milk" and it
appears to me from what you have said that Reglan use is o.k. if you keep the
dose in the correct range and the duration of time on the drug set.  Am I
