Just wanted to pass this along.

I found out over the weekend in my area a 14 day course of Diflucan for a 15
kg child costs $112 dollars.  Not covered by most insurances including many
forms of Medicaid (US program for indigent patients).  I shudder to think how
much a course would be for an adult.

This makes me think twice about even writing a script for the stuff.  Jack,
I'm all the more willing to try the Gentian Violet if Nystatin or
Clortrimazole does not work.
