Hi Pam

I think I have seen what you describe.  Mainly on black skin.  Also, the
staff at a couple of state hospitals have often queried what to do about
the little black bits that shed off.  Will it harm the baby they ask.
Some nurses feel that it is a result of poor hygiene - I really don't
think so.  I have no idea what this is and look forward to being
enlightened on Lactnet.
