I have now had two cases in one year of mothers who have tubular, wide-spaced
breasts and neither one of them has been able to produce more than 6-12cc of
breastmilk for each feeding. First mom admitted she never developed much
breast tissue during puberty. Second mom stated she developed normally. No
significant medical history of any problems with thyroid, pituitary, breast
surgery, etc.

How common is this condition? Reglan wouldn't help, right? Loni Denman, RN,
IBCLC
