>I saw a brief piece on CNN the other night about babies born during the war

pff, what a relief. I'm concerned about this for a long time, since people
in my country are all sending money, clothes and food...including lots of
formula. I still haven't donated any money bc i'm so concerned formula will
be bought from it.
LAst week there was a picture in the newspaper, intended to be cute: a
soldier in kosovo gave a newborn a bottle.
