I was just reading Prevention Magazine and they said one way to treat
vaginal yeast is to use the applicator that come with vaginal yeast creams
and fill  it with plain yogurt and insert it into the vagina or to dip a
tampon in it and insert if and remove it immediately, I thought that was
interesting.
