Has the mom tried eliminating other things besides milk? My own second child
got eczema and even had blood in his stools by the time he was 3 weeks old.
Milk elimination did not change this, nor did Nutimigan. We finally
eliminated corn from y diet and that helped. His eczema disappeared slowly
and the blood in the stool stopped within 2 days. He continued to be fussy
and spit up after most feedings but was improved. He is now 6 and sees an
allergist who has just tested him and found out he is highly allergic to
garlic. When I was nursing him I ate garlic occasionally in meals. Who would
have thought???? My other 2 babies had no problems with my milk.
