Absolutely! Just ask my kids! I could just walk into the house and say
"_____ smells sick", without laying an eye on them.
I can accurately smell liver-related stuff, and women ready to deliver, and
UTIs, and menstruating women, and pph. I'm frequently awakened in the night
by any kind of a bad smell (like if something in the fridge is going "off").
But I can't smell strep, as some on this list can. Interesting, isn't it?
Have you read works by Caroline Myss, the "medical intuitive" who can tell
what's wrong in a person's body by knowing only their age and name? My dh
and most folks I know thaink it's ridiculous, but I sure wouldn't rule it
out! We are fearsomely(?) & wonderfully made!
