There is only an opinion piece by an AAP MD and a counter-opinion piece by
another AAP MD in the AAP News.  There is NO official AAP statement or policy
on the EZZO book, method, etc.  The current AAP president did point out that
the EZZO  feeding recommendations, did NOT go along with the AAP Policy as
described in the Dec 1997 Workgroup statement.
