Since Diane W. & I are on the same coalition, I think that what we're
thinking is that it will be much easier to get the whole thing up and
running by just *doing* it. Fewer hoops to jump through. Fewer pieces of
paperwork. Fewer commitees to approve the plan. Less hassle.
I should get my facts straight with Diane before I shoot off my mouth "above
the fold on the front page of the New York Times" (thank you, List-mothers),
but I THINK the plan is that we (the BF coalition) will "administer" the
program (i.e. do the paperwork, ordering, buying & selling, etc.), with the
hospital being where the milk is stored and "dispensed". But we sure don't
have this whole thing worked out yet - we'll keep you posted. Any input from
those who have done this?
