Hey Jack, what's wrong with hominy grits as an early food for babies? Other
than the taste of stale cardboard and texture of wet sand, I mean?
Babies will grab and eat family foods when they're ready. Period. In 28
years of BF support work, I've never met a normal kid who doesn't eventually
eat family foods. They'll also walk when ready, get teeth on their own
schedule, and learn to take a shower voluntarily. Some will even learn to do
their own laundry before then turn 30.
Smart kid, I'd say.
