Here is what my herbal book recommends :
evening primrose oil
Chasteberry (vitx agnus-castus)
Chinese angelica (angelica sinensis) same as Dong Quai
Evening primrose oil
Stinging nettle
Burdock
Raspberry
Skullcap
Soy products, peanuts and legumes.
Al of the above are noted to aid in the releif of the dreaded PMS!
I personnally take evening primrose oil and a PMS formula that has Vit
B6, Vit B 12, Calcium, Magnesium, Chromium, Evening primerose oil, dong
quai and gymmemea sylvestre in it. I find it helpful.
